Royce Woods
Royce Woods, Executive Director

Royce Woods is the Executive Director of the Beverly Gray Business Exchange Center. In his current role, he focuses on helping local entrepreneurs gain access to capital and apply for the M/WBE certifications, and connects small businesses with procurement opportunities. Prior to joining the Beverly Gray Business Exchange Center, Royce worked in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. He spent over 10 years working as a commercial banker in Pittsburgh and Atlanta. In that role he managed the relationships of business clients with revenues between $50-$150MM, targeting their credit needs. He also worked for the City of Buffalo’s Mayor’s Office of Strategic Planning, where he was responsible for financial viability analysis of some of the city’s largest development projects. Royce has a B.A in Finance from Hampton University and a M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.  

Matthew Revere
Matthew Revere, Deputy Director

Matthew Revere is the Deputy Director of the Beverly Gray Business Exchange Center. As Deputy Director, Matthew works to develop the Exchange’s small business financing service delivery strategy, and design business development and marketing campaigns that enable the Exchange to execute against its overall strategy. Matthew has over 9 years of experience in banking and business development, having held positions at TD Bank, JP Morgan Chase, and Accion. Matthew has advised and mentored small business owners throughout the state of New York, as they worked to obtain financing and grow their businesses. He has experience in managing and developing successful small business lending teams. Matthew excels in building strong and lasting relationships with community partners. He graduated from the State University of New York at Fredonia with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
