Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loans – Round Two

- Similar to the initial round of PPP loans, the second round is designed specifically to help you retain your employees, and offers a fully forgivable loan of 2.5x your average monthly payroll costs

- Reopen Buffalo Online Resource Hub
- The City of Buffalo has launched Reopen Buffalo, an online resource hub for both businesses and consumers

Local, State, and Federal Emergency Relief Loans
- New York Forward Loan Fund (NYFLF)
- New York Forward Loan Fund (NYFLF) is a new economic recovery loan program aimed at supporting small businesses (specifically business with under 20 employees), non-profits, and small landlords as they re-open
- Small businesses can apply for up to $100,000 in credit, with a fixed 3% interest rate and a repayment term of 5 years
- Applications will be reviewed and funds awarded on a rolling-basis based on timing of re-opening, not first come, first served
- The pre-application portal is now live!
- WEDI Neighborly Fund
- WEDI, in partnership with Neighborworks Community Partners and Beverly Gray Business Exchange Center, launched The Neighborly Fund
- The Neighborly Fund is an emergency relief fund providing a mix of 0% interest loans and grant awards to small businesses and homeowners
- Loans/grants of up to $7,500 are available to small businesses
- Confirm your business is eligible and apply here
- To speed up your application process, plan to have P&L statements for at the last 12 months, or at least for YTD 2020

- PPP funds are available on a first come, first served basis, so act now if you plan to apply
- If you’ve already submitted an application, check with your bank/lending representative NOW!
- If you haven’t applied or feel you may be too far down the line at your bank, submit your application through the Fundera PPP platform here

- Economic Injury Disaster Loan (“EIDL“)
- The SBA is no longer providing the forgivable Advance Grant of $1k per employee, but you can still apply for an EIDL loan here
- There’s a chance EIDL funds run out soon, so it’s best to apply as soon as possible if you haven’t already

- Erie County Covid-19 Disaster Loan
- Loan amounts range from $10,000 to $50,000 with an interest rate of 2.5%

- GoFundMe.org Small Business Relief Fund
- The GoFundMe.org Small Business Relief Fund is providing matching $500 micro-grants (minimum to raise is $500) to small businesses negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic

- Hello Alice Business For All Grant
- Apply for a $10,000 emergency grant
- Startup Fund Hub Grant Database
- Startup Fund Hub is providing free access to its COVID-19 Grant Database here
- Search for grants that focus on your business, geography, or industry, and other national grant options
- U.S. Chamber of Commerce/Vistaprint Save Small Business Fund
- U.S. CoC is providing $5,000 grants to qualifying small businesses
- The application will take ~10 minutes, and all you need is your business’s W-9 form
- To qualify, you must employee between 3 and 20 people, and operate in an “economically vulnerable community”
